Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final
At RŌ Archives, each piece is carefully curated, often rare, limited, or one-of-a-kind. As a result, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product imagery, descriptions, measurements and condition notes prior to checkout. If you require additional details before purchasing, our team is available to assist and ensure you feel confident in your selection.
Optional Resale Assistance Program
(Not a Return or Refund)
While we do not accept returns, we understand that in rare circumstances a piece may not be the right fit long-term.
In select cases and strictly at our discretion, RŌ Archives may offer access to a Resale Assistance Program.
This is not a return, refund or exchange. It is an optional, separate arrangement where we may agree to repurchase eligible items under defined conditions.
How It Works
If your item qualifies, we may offer to repurchase it for a portion of the original item price (excluding shipping and taxes). Payment may be issued to your original payment method.
Alternatively, we may offer store credit, depending on the item and circumstances.
All offers are final, vary based on condition, demand, and product category and are issued at the sole discretion of the RŌ Archives team.
Once received and successfully inspected, the agreed credit or payment will be processed.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for resale assistance, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags and included materials must be returned
- The item must pass inspection and verification upon return
- Certain items (including earrings and intimate categories) are strictly final sale
- The item must meet internal condition and authentication standards
RŌ Archives reserves the right to decline any request based on item condition, category, or customer history.
This program is a discretionary service and does not alter the original final sale agreement.
If Your Resale Request Is Approved
If an item is accepted under the Resale Assistance Program:
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided
- The item must be returned using the provided instructions
- Once received and approved, payment will be issued as either:
- Refund to original payment method, or
- Store credit (depending on the agreed outcome)
Authenticity Assurance Guarantee (1-Year Coverage)
RŌ Archives stands behind the authenticity of every certified item sold with an accompanying Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued through a recognised third-party authentication provider.
We offer a 1-year authenticity assurance period from the original purchase date.
Making a Claim
If you believe a certified item is not authentic, you may submit a claim within 12 months of purchase.
To proceed, you must provide:
- A written report from an independent, qualified luxury authentication expert stating the item is inauthentic
- Supporting evidence such as photographs, serial numbers, and condition details
- Documentation matching the original recorded “fingerprint” of the item at the time of sale
Review Process
Once a claim is received:
- The item will be requested for return (a prepaid label will be provided)
- Our team will inspect and verify the item against original records
- We will assess authenticity and confirm condition consistency
If the Claim Is Approved
If the item is confirmed to be inauthentic and matches the originally sold product, we will offer:
- A full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes), or
- Store credit of equivalent value
Important Conditions
- Coverage applies only to items sold with a COA
- Claims must be submitted within 12 months of purchase
- Items must remain in substantially original condition
- Altered, damaged, or heavily worn items may void eligibility
- Only the original purchaser may submit a claim (non-transferable)
- Final determination rests with RŌ Archives following internal review
If an external report is deemed inconclusive, incorrect or unsupported, the item will be returned and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations
Due to our fast processing and fulfilment system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing workflow.
In rare circumstances, cancellation may be considered at our discretion, particularly for repeat customers, but approval is not guaranteed.
Requests must be submitted immediately after purchase and will be reviewed case-by-case.
Once an item has been dispatched or is in final fulfilment stages, cancellations are no longer possible.
