Are items authentic designer pieces?
Yes. RŌ Archives is committed to providing a secure shopping experience through strict authentication processes.
All luxury house items are authenticated by in-house specialists and third-party services such as LegitGrails, Real Authentication, Entrupy, and Authenticate First.
Eligible items include a certificate of authenticity (as stated in the product description).
Why do identical models have different prices?
Pricing varies depending on factors such as condition, design details, and vintage rarity.
Where can I view your condition guide?
Our items are reviewed based on their character, craftsmanship, and overall condition in accordance with our condition guide.

We also provide detailed condition notes under each product listing to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase.
Order & Shipping
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information after your order is processed.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We do not accept any amendments to your order after it is placed. If the shipping address was incorrect, you will be required to pay a rearrangement fee. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, we cannot make any changes to the delivery destination.
When should I expect my item to be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for the item after it has been shipped. If an item is returned to us due to being unclaimed, shipping costs and a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally with standard rates applied at checkout.
Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order, as we are not responsible for parcels after shipment. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, a 3% restocking fee will apply.
International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing. If there are additional remote delivery charges for your address, these will also be passed on to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique and curated nature of our vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or personal preference.
In rare cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed. If approved, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted.
The only exception is if an item is proven to be inauthentic through an official authentication report.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
