Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and typically require 1–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
While we aim to fulfil orders promptly, processing times may occasionally vary depending on order volume, peak periods, and product availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
RŌ Archives ships both domestically within Australia and internationally.
- Domestic orders (Australia): Shipped via Australia Post
- International orders: Shipped via DHL or equivalent international courier services
Shipping rates for domestic orders are offered at competitive, reduced rates where applicable. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected carrier. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside of our control.
Insurance & Signature on Delivery
For added protection and peace of mind, all orders valued over AUD $100 are:
- Fully insured during transit
- Shipped with signature required on delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a collection card or redirect the parcel to a nearby depot for pickup.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, RŌ Archives is no longer responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
If any issue arises, please contact us at contact@roarchives.com and we will assist you in liaising with the carrier.
Where applicable, we will initiate a shipping insurance claim on your behalf. Outcomes including refunds or replacements are subject to carrier investigation and approval.
Customers may be required to provide supporting information (such as delivery confirmation, photos, or claim forms) to assist in the resolution process.
Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
We are unable to offer refunds for orders affected by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and vary depending on destination regulations.
Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned, the customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs.
