This Product Hire Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between RŌ Archives ("Owner") and the Borrower / Hirer:

All products remain the sole property of RŌ Archives at all times. The Borrower agrees to hire/borrow the following RŌ Archives Item:

Products must only be used for the approved purpose and by the approved person/team unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Borrower agrees to: Take full responsibility for the care, handling, and safekeeping of all RŌ Archives products while in their possession.Treat all pieces as valuable archive items requiring careful handling.Ensure products are stored safely when not being worn or used.Keep products away from environments that may cause damage.Return all products, packaging, storage pouches, boxes, and accessories in the same condition as supplied.Notify RŌ Archives immediately if any loss, damage, marking, or issue occurs.
